The Program Committee of WG 2024 decided on the awards for the best paper and the best student paper (sponsored by Springer).
The Best Paper Award goes to the paper "Many views of planar point sets" by Jan Kynčl and Jan Soukup.
The Best Student Paper Award is split between two papers:
- the paper "Face-hitting Dominating Sets in Planar Graphs" by P. Francis, Abraham M. Illickan, Lijo M. Jose and Deepak Rajendraprasad, and
- the paper "Degreewidth on Semi-Complete Digraphs" by Ryan Keeney and Daniel Lokshtanov.
