We have created separate threads to discuss
- sharing transportation to/from the venue
- sharing rooms
Social Events
We have planned three social events during the conference:
- Welcome reception on Tuesday, June 18, starting at 18:00.
- Conference trip on Thursday, June 20, in the afternoon.
- Conference dinner on Thursday, June 20.
