Participation to GROW 2022 is by invitation only. The organizers have sent the link to the registration page in an email.
Early bird registration fee is 180 EUR and includes:

Entry to the GROW 2022 academic program, personalized badge, coffee breaks, and entry to all social activities, such as a welcome reception (on September 18, 2022), a hike (planned for Tuesday September 20, 2022), and conference dinner (planned for Wednesday September 21, 2022). Meals are not included, but we will provide recommendations for restaurants in the proximity of the workshop venue.
The early bird registration closes on July 31, 2022.
Late registration fee is 280 EUR for registrations completed on August 1, 2022 or later.
The registration deadline is August 31, 2022.
The registration is considered complete when the payment is received.
Accompanying persons are allowed to participate in social events but not in the academic program. The registration fee for accompanying persons is 100 EUR and includes entry to all social activities: a welcome reception, a hike, and a conference dinner.

Conditions for Participants
These Terms & Conditions for participants apply to every person registering for the 10th Workshop on Graph Classes, Optimization and Width Parameters 2022 (GROW 2022), to be held in Koper, Slovenia from September 19-22, 2022 (hereafter referred to as “the workshop”), jointly organized by the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies at the University of Primorska, Andrej Marušič Institute at the University of Primorska, and Slovenian Discrete and Applied Mathematics Society (hereafter referred to as “the workshop organizers”), in collaboration with Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, University of Ljubljana.
All references to a date or a deadline, mentioned in these terms and on other conference documents, refer to the Central European Time Zone (CET).
Parents/guardians of children agree to take full responsibility for them while at the workshop social events.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation (e.g., in case of sickness, lack of funding, or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by email to GROW 2022 (at grow@famnit.upr.si). The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of any reasons that are beyond the control of the workshop organizers.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation from the workshop organizers can request one.
Visa Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements.
As a part of a visa application, individuals must have travel-health insurance for the duration of their stay in the European Union. This insurance can be obtained from any approved insurer. Individuals need to check with the responsible embassy/consulate for a list of approved insurers available in their country.
