The accommodation for the participant and any accompanying persons needs to be taken care of by the participant himself/herself. Special rates for the participants of the conference have been negotiated for the Ramada Resort hotel, which also serves as the conference venue:
- Single bedroom, half board: 123 €/night
- Double bedroom, half board: 160 €/night/total (2 persons)
We have a limited number of rooms at the Ramada Resort that are reserved for the conference participants at a special rate. This special rate is available until May 20th, 2025, or until all these rooms are fully booked. After that date, conference participants should find their own accommodations. There are many nearby hotels in Kranjska Gora.

In addition, there is a tourist tax of 3€/night/person. Dinner is available at the Ramada Resort for an additional fee of 22 EUR per evening. Please note that there are two different Ramada locations in Kranjska Gora, so if you want to stay at the conference venue and get the special rate, make sure that you choose the one called Ramada Resort.
