Registration includes:

• admission to all Sessions and two Workshops

Medical Chamber of Slovenia has awarded 10,5 credits for participants of Vertigo days 2019.

 

Payment should be to Slovenian Medical Association (SMA).

You have to fill in the Application Form and send it to e-mail vertigoday.slo@gmail.com. You will get payment instructions from SMA.
