Anyone who applied for a visa to attend the conference in 2020 should check the dates your visa is valid. We expect you will need to re-apply for a visa in 2022. Please start this process early.
Depending on your citizenship you might need a visa to enter Slovenia. Please check with the ministry of foreign affairs in your country whether you need a visa for Slovenia and how to obtain one. You can also have a look at the website of the Slovenian ministry of foreign affairs.
If you need a visa to enter Slovenia, you must first register for the event, book your hotel, fill the Invitation letter and send it to the organizers. Organising Committee members will contact you and assist you through the process.
Applying for a visa can be a lengthy process. We recommend that you start your visa application process as soon as possible.
