The accommodation for the participant and any accompanying persons needs to be taken care of by the participant himself/herself. Special rates for the participants of the conference have been negotiated for the Ramada Resort hotel, which also serves as the conference venue:
- Single bedroom, half board: 101 €/night
- Double bedroom, half board: 74 €/night/person
In addition, there is a tourist tax of 3€/night/person. Please note that there are two different Ramada locations in Kranjska Gora, so if you want to stay at the conference venue and get the special rate, make sure that you choose the one called Ramada Resort.
If you made a reservation at the Ramada Resort for July 2020, please send an email to the resort indicating you would like to cancel your reservation. More information about reserving accommodations for 2022 will be added to this website at a later date.
