Depending on your citizenship you might need a visa to enter Slovenia. Please check with the ministry of foreign affairs in your country whether you need a visa for Slovenia and how to obtain one. You can also have a look at the website of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or this list from the EC.
If you need a visa to enter Slovenia, you must first register for the event, confirm payment of the registration fee, book your hotel, and obtain the invitation letter. Please contact the Organising Committee (g2g2@famnit.upr.si) for the issue of the invitation letter. Organising Committee members will assist you through the process.
Application for a visa can be a lengthy process. We recommend that you start your visa application process as soon as possible.
